What happens at the edges

Going over on calls

Incoming calls are never blocked. Your business does not stop because a counter filled up — we get in touch and sort it out.

Adding one more person

User and channel limits are firm: you will be told before you hit one, not after. Upgrading takes a click.

Leaving

Cancel in the panel. You keep read access, and everything can be exported. Data is kept 30 days, then removal is a decision we make together — never automatic.

Paying

Card payment is being switched on. Until then we invoice by bank transfer and activate your account by hand — same price, no delay.

About pricing

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Fifteen days, every feature, no card and no automatic charge at the end.
What happens on day sixteen?
The panel becomes read-only. Every call, contact and recording stays visible and exportable — you just cannot add new records until you pick a plan. Data is kept for 30 days after that.
Are the prices per user?
No. The price is for the whole company, and each plan includes a number of users. There is no per-seat surprise as your team grows into the plan.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Turkish customers are invoiced in lira with VAT added; customers outside Türkiye are billed in US dollars.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both ways, from the panel. Upgrading applies immediately; downgrading applies at the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you charge for the switchboard or WhatsApp?
No — but your phone provider and Meta charge you for their own traffic. Estacell is the software; the call and message costs stay with the providers you already have accounts with.
