It started as one company’s panel
In 2025 we built a call and customer panel for an estate agency. It connected to their NetGSM switchboard, pulled in every call, matched it to a contact and pushed the customer card to whoever was about to answer.
It was never meant to be a product. It was meant to stop that office losing calls. It worked, every day, for months — which is a very different kind of proof than a demo.
Then we noticed what was missing everywhere else
Every shared-inbox tool we looked at was excellent at messaging and blind to the phone. In Türkiye, and in small business generally, that is backwards: the phone is still where the money comes from.
So we took what was running in that office, made it multi-company, added the social channels, and called it Estacell. The switchboard is not a feature we bolted on — it is the part we started from.
What we are, and are not
We are a small team. That means we will not match a large platform on breadth of integrations, and we say so plainly on our comparison page.
It also means that when you ask for something specific, you are talking to the people who write the code. Most requests are answered the same day, and the useful ones tend to ship.
