Who we are
Estacell is a product of Kirpisoft, a software company based in Çanakkale, Türkiye. For questions about this policy or about your personal data, write to [email protected].
Two different roles
This matters, so it comes first.
- For your own account data — your name, email, company and billing details — we are the controller. We decide what to collect and why.
- For the data inside your panel — your customers’ names, numbers, messages and call recordings — you are the controller and we are the processor. We store and process it on your instructions. What goes in is your decision and your responsibility.
What we collect about you
- Account: name, work email, phone, company name, country, sector, and a password stored only as a bcrypt hash — never in readable form.
- Usage: sign-in times and IP address, kept for security, plus counts of users, calls and messages so we can apply plan limits.
- Billing: if you subscribe, the payment provider handles the card. We store the transaction reference and amount, never the card number.
- Support: whatever you write to us.
There are no advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell anything to anyone.
What sits in your panel
Contacts, call records and recordings pulled from your switchboard, messages from the channels you connect, notes, appointments and — if you enable them — contracts and ledger entries.
Each company gets its own separate database. Your records are not rows in a shared table with a customer column next to somebody else’s. Uploaded files are stored in a folder belonging to your company alone.
Who else touches it
Only the providers that make the product work:
- Your phone provider (NetGSM today) — call events and recordings.
- Meta — if you connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram or Messenger.
- TikTok, Telegram — if you connect those channels.
- OpenAI — if AI summaries are switched on, the call transcript is sent for summarising. You can turn this off, and then nothing leaves.
- Our hosting and email providers.
We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it to train anything.
Where it lives
On a server in Türkiye. Traffic is encrypted in transit. If you connect Meta or OpenAI, those specific messages travel to those providers under their own terms — that is the nature of using them.
How long we keep it
- While you are a customer: as long as your account is open.
- When a trial or subscription ends: the panel becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Data is kept for at least 30 days, and after that removal is a decision a human makes — there is no automatic purge.
- If you ask us to delete: we drop the database and the file folder. That cannot be undone, so we confirm first.
- Audit records of administrative actions are kept longer, because their whole purpose is accountability.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, correct it, export it or have it deleted. Most of this you can do yourself in the panel. For the rest, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If the request concerns data inside a company’s panel, we will refer you to that company — they are the controller, not us.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. The panel sets one session cookie so you stay signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes
If we change something that matters, we will email account owners rather than quietly updating this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
